1. Return Period

Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

4. Return Shipping Costs

If a delay or issue occurs due to our shipping process, ShopSidi will cover any additional costs incurred.
If the issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any supplementary costs.
10. Your Legal Rights
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, we must provide a refund, repair, or replacement under those rights regardless of this policy.
